Best aspects of my New Year stay were the helpful and informative directions from the owner on the layout of the town. He also showed me the way to key locations, including the main street and the harbor, which came in handy during my stay. the apartment itself was nicely furnished and decorated, with interesting bookshelves and tasteful artwork. the free small snacks and a nice supply of espresso were a thoughtful touch.
The lack of an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests, and the issue with the shower water from the suite not being contained in the shower stall. It required cleaning the entire floor after a shower.

The lady's cute and helpfulness
Indications received by SMS. Fully equipped kitchen. Included coffee, juice, biscuits. Fantastic location in the old center. Huge, high-ceilinged, and beautifully decorated apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable room. Perfect location near supermarket and cafes. Walking distance to points of interest. Kind and friendly owner. Stylishly decorated room. Huge family room. Good location near pier

The accommodations have a unique and stylish Italian vibe, with beautiful terrazzo floors. the owner is helpful and friendly, and it's an easy walk to the local historic center. the common rooms are also stated to be nice and elegant, with a washing machine available for use.
One review mentions that the entrance to the bathroom is very tiny, with a small washbasin close to the door.

The hotel staff were really good too make our stay comfortable, even picking us up from the train station and providing us with useful information about this city. We were impressed with the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the well-equipped kitchen and free snacks. The location was convenient, with transportation options nearby and many important landmarks within walking distance. Breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Spent a lovely holiday in a stylish and well-equipped apartment divided into several rooms during Xmas. Enjoyed the unique artistic decor of the place. Location was key with a nearby supermarket and cafes in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything required for self-catering. Appreciated the warm hospitality of the friendly host, who was always willing to recommend the best spots to visit in the city.
The entrance to the bathroom was small and made the entrance uneasy. The washbasin was inconveniently located too close to the door.
